We take great pride in the authenticity of our food. We strive to provide a genuine Singaporean food experience for you. Ananda personally creates the menu, designs the recipes and does a lot of the cooking herself. This ensures the authenticity of the dishes and the use of the correct ingredients so that the eating experience includes sight and smell as well as taste.
Our menu is divided into easy to follow categories supported by three set menus.
In addition to the normal starters and soups, meat and poultry, seafood and rice dishes, there is a special Street Food of Singapore Section and for the vegetarians their own Starters and Soups, Main Course and Street Food of Singapore sections.
To the best of our knowledge we do not use any products containing genetically modified ingredients. Our food and sauces are freshly made. For our vegetarian food we do not use oyster or fish sauce or meat stock or eggs.

Ananda is very dedicated to the requirements of vegetarians and her dishes and recipes in this section of the menu recognise her intent to produce authentic Chinese and Singaporean vegetarian dishes.
