Dear Ananda,
I hope you haven't forgotten us already as we will never forget you, the staff, the chefs and foremost, the most amazing food i have had since i lived all over Asia.
Whoever is reading this, i am a head chef just down the road from Singapore Orchid and i have had a very wonderful and lucky career, working with top European chefs, but i must say, if this restaurant was to be moved in Central London, it would beat any Asian Restaurants in the Country! (so watch out, for all of you restaurateurs that think that whatever your serving is authentic) because Ananda's restaurant can happily beat any asian restaurants (specially in London) not only for the food, but with the quality service that they Provide.
I am looking forward to the many more years i will be spending in this restaurant.
